Our History
Spruce Up The House, LLC. was formed in 2023 by the husband and wife team, Dan and Veronica Maloney. With a background in construction and traditional framing, Dan possesses extensive knowledge in general construction, framing, and custom remodeling, as well as fine finish work and remodeling. Veronica, a licensed real estate agent, brings years of real estate experience and industry knowledge to the family-owned construction business. Together, they create a high-performance team and continue to lead the company competently into the future, focusing on home improvement.
